Всем привет. Имеется MacBook Pro 2017г
MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)
2,9 GHz Intel Core i7
16 ГБ 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Графика Radeon Pro 560 4Gb
При воспроизведении Видео в формате 4к происходят жуткие тормоза картинки и звука. При этот загрузка ЦП 350% - 400%.
Пробовал разные плееры и разные файлы (mkv, bdmv), и разные кодеки (h.264, h.265, mpeg, и др.). Ситуация не меняется.
Переустанавливал систему, не помогло.
Есть ли у кого то такие проблемы с воспроизведением видео 4к?
К слову игры тоже тормозят даже на минимальных настройках графики (Mad Max, Civilization 6)
Подозреваю что видеокарта неисправна.
Проводил диагностику, ошибок не выдало!
В чем может быть проблема?

Какие именно плееры пробовали?
Из какого источника играли?
С флешки? Внешнего винта? С мака?
С сети? Если с сети то какой скорости подключение было?
На какой монитор - встроенный дисплей или внешний?
Ставили ли последние обновление по безопасности на этой неделе?

Обновления ставил, но проблема была и до этого.
Воспроизводил с мака.
Плееры использовал VLC, Elmedia player и др. Уже не помню какие еще плееры пробовал.
На встроенный монитор
Звук тоже на встроенных колонках

Загрука в 400 % говорит о том что загружены все 4 ядра процессора, на 100%.
Из рекомендуемого -
Сбросить SMC
Проверить комп EthreCheck. http://etrecheck.com/
И его результат сюда запостить. Софтинка опен соурсная. Рекомендуют даже на официальном форуме Apple (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7583974) В настройки операционки не лезет. Детектирует и убивает малварь.
Запускать можно прям из папки Download. Устанавливать не требуется.

А какие версии плееров использовали? Можно узнать.
И как вариант возможная причина
Not sure what the problem with VLC might be but when opening QTX and QT7 players under High Sierra, the video files appear to undergo a new extended "verification" check—sometimes displaying a modal message when the file takes a really long time to check/load HEVC content. For instance, I normally create HEVC/AAC/AC3/Chapter M4V files for universal iOS 11, tvOS 11, and/or High Sierra "native" playback and the new verification process does things like testing whether or not my AC3 tracks contain mono/stereo or surround audio. (I.e., QTX worn't open my files with AC3 mono/stereo audio but opens and plays files with secondary AC3 surround audio in a normal manner while the QT7 player issues a modal message indicating it doesn't support the unidentified codec but can open the file and play the audio normally with HEVC video displayed as black.) The QTX verification process now also traps on the FourCC and will refuse to open non-Apple HEVC values.

Vic, elmedia player, 5kplayer и др. Последние версии всевозможных плееров. Позавчера в сервис отнёс ноут на диагностику. Посмотрим что скажут.

Что-то вобщем с апдейтом подрезали, кривоватые мкв вообще не тянет никакие, мп4 макбук 12 даже 4к на телик в 4к тянет.
